Proposed Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara

Meet and greet with our guide at your Nairobi Hotel/Airport for a short brief followed by departure to Maasai Mara. Arrive in Maasai Mara on time for lunch. Check in to the hotel and relax awaiting your first game drive in the evening at the vast Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Day 2 and Day 3: Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara Game Reserve

A full day is spent at the Maasai Mara game reserve. Driving across the plains in search of the big cats (black manned lions, Cheetahs and leopards with picnic lunch served at the Mara River site. Vast herds of wildebeest, and zebra wander across the Mara grasslands in huge numbers during this period of the annual migrations take place, when millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle traverse the Mara plains landscape to feed on the rich new grass from the Serengeti.

Day 4: Mara to Nakuru (Approximate Distance: 200km, Approximate Time: 4 hours)

Breakfast at the hotel then departure for Nakuru crossing Loita Plains. Arrive on time for Lunch. Evening game drive at the park. Lake Nakuru National Park is ideal for bird watching, hiking, picnic and game drives and attracts a huge population of flamingoes

Day 5: Nakuru - Naivasha.

Breakfast at the hotel. Later proceed for a morning game drive as you exit the park for Naivasha. Arrive on time for Lunch. Afternoon at leisure. Optional boatride and horse riding available at a cost

Day 6: Naivasha to Amboseli (Approx. Distance:380 km Approx. Time: 7 hours)

Early morning Breakfast at the hotel. Thereafter departure for a morning hike at Mt. Longonot. Thereafter proceed to Amboseli National Park. (Lunch is enroute and self-sponsored). Amboseli National Park is situated at the foot of towering Mt. Kilimanjaro (the tallest Mt. in Africa). This park is best known for its abundance of Elephant.

Day 7: Amboseli National Park

Enjoy the thrill of pre-breakfast game drive, an excellent time view game when the snow-clad peaks of Mt. Kilimanjaro are at their most spectacular. Early evening game drive includes a visit to the swamps which teem with all sorts of wild life & an amazing assortment of birds.

Day 8: Amboseli – Nairobi
